报告英文简介: Renewably sourced polymer is also called bio-based polymer, which is derived from renewable biomass sources, such as vegetable fats and oils. In this work, we designed, synthesized, and characterized a renewably sourced polyester by condensation polymerization of sebacic acid and appropriate diol, about 1~3mol% of hexamethylene diamine was added into the copolymerization process to modify the physical properties of the final product. Over 80% of this polyester was renewably sourced, and was rigid and flexibility, the elongation at yield changed from 60 to over 100%. It is good to be used for nonwoven and fiber processing. In this work we also synthesized a long chain polyamide by HMDA and sebacic acid, and made it as hollow fiber. Over 60% of this polyamide fiber was renewably sourced. The hollow ratio of this fiber is 20.2%, and the bulk density is 0.86g/cm3. This novel fiber is suitable to be applied as light-weight textile products.
