报告英文简介:

TPU fibro-porous membranes were fabricated by electrospinning. The effects of electrospinning parameters, the of the solution concentrations (3:1 to 5:1), the applied electrospinning voltages (15kV, 20kV) and the collection distances (10cm, 15cm), on the membrane’s properties were studied. When the ratio between solvent and TPU was 4:1, the voltage was 15kV and the collection distance was 15cm, an acceptable spinnability can be got. At these conditions, fiber morphology and fiber diameter variation coefficient of the electrospun membrane would be preferred and more stable, from which gave the average fiber diameter about 2.3μm with 30% CV%. Water resistance and moisture permeability experiments were also studied by electrospinning the TPU solution directly on the polyester fabrics for 1.5 hr and 3 hr. The thickness of the deposited membranes were about 7~11μm and 14~19μm. And the deposition weights were approximately 4.5g/M2 and 8.8g/M2. Compared with normal coating process, the water resistance value would be same, however the moisture permeability was increased two times at least.
