报告英文简介: In recent years many studies have explored electrospun technology, especially in the medicine. The advantages of electrospun membranes are porosity, and that they have high specific surface area. Therefore there is wide application in various regions. Sodium alginate (SA) has biocompatibility and biodegradation and is nontoxic, and thus is commonly used for drug release and in wound dressings. Angelica (AC) is able to eliminate radicals and suppress melanin growth, thus is widely used in whitening cosmetics. This study blends SA and AC with various ratios in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution, which is then electro-spun to form PVA/SA/AC membranes. The tensile strength, anti-bacterial function, biocompatibility, and cell viability of PVA/SA/AC membranes are evaluated to determine the optimum PVA/SA blending ratio.
