报告英文简介: A p-aramid fiber has great fibril structure which are easily split resulting in nanofiber. Due to the strong hydrogen bonds among p-aramid molecules, split nanofiber structures three-dimensional network. In this study, we prepared p-aramid aerogel by dissolving the p-aramid cut fiber in / tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride (TBAF) / dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution, substituting the DMSO with acetone and following supercritical drying. The influence of experimental conditions, such as TBAF concentration, fiber concentration and conditions of supercritical drying on the morphology of p-aramid aerogel obtained were investigated. The density of p-aramid aerogel varied between 0.050-0.065g/cm3, with an average volume shrinkage being around 35-50%, which depends on scCO2 drying conditions.
